If you would like to inspect an item from our website, or simply browse everything available in person, you may book an appointment time to be shown through our storage facility. Our storage warehouse is available by appointment only as it is located on the top floor of Kennards Storage in Adelaide CBD. Some free parking is available onsite for the duration of your appointment. Please note: items are never held for appointments as they can sell at anytime via our online platform as priority is always given to the first person to make full payment.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELATIONS: We understand, life happens! However, please keep in mind that this facility is unstaffed and therefore we will be travelling to the CBD to meet you and give you access for viewing. For this reason, we kindly request any cancellations are relayed to us at your earliest convenience. Failure to notify us at all may result in future appointment requests being declined. HOLDS: Booking an appointment to view does not mean your item is being held. We do not hold items as they can be sold online at any stage and priority is always given to the first person to make payment. Please be aware that the item(s) you are interested in could be sold prior to arrival unless you have already ordered online.
